The 3000 Grit Diamond Stones are an excellent abrasive for removing scratches from an edge and makes a terrific addition to any Wicked Edge kit. The Glass Platens opposite the stones are for mounting and using Lapping Film.
If you want the ultimate mirror polished edge, utilize Diamond Lapping Film on the glass platens. Use these 3000 grit Diamond Stones after 1500/2200 Grit Diamond stones and utilize 3 Micron Diamond Lapping Film for fantastic results. One Grit and One Glass Platen (2 each).
